DESCRIPTION:Shady Hollow Assisted Riding is a non-profit organization incor
 porated in 1998.\nWe are a year round working farm currently caring for ov
 er 20 horses\, 3 miles of\ntrail and 90 acres of farm land.\nWe provide a 
 supportive equine environment where individuals with physical\,\ncognitive
  and/or emotional challenges can experience therapeutic\, social and\neduc
 ational rewards. As a non-profit we rely greatly on donations and support\
 nfrom our community.\nOur Assisted Riding Program is designed for our clie
 nts with special needs who\ncannot independently ride. Through Assisted Ri
 ding Lessons\, individuals with\nspecial needs can improve their self-conf
 idence\, increase muscle strength\,\nenhance balance\, learn teamwork\, an
 d develop social skills. The horse is an\nequalizer in an otherwise unequa
 l world.\nWe are proud to announce our second annual “Ride or Drive” S
 cavenger Hunt\nat Birdsboro Fire Hall in Birdsboro\, PA on Sunday April 26
 \, 2020. Join the\nfun as a “hunter” or be a sponsor for the event! We
  cannot continue to do what\nwe do without the support of the community. P
 lease make a difference and help\nsomeone hug a horse!\nRegistration begin
 s 10:30am at Birdsboro Fire Hall. Teams will sign in and pick\nup hunt clu
 es. The hunt begins at 11:00am with visits to area businesses\,\nrestauran
 ts\, farms\, fields and where ever the adventure leads\n\nScavenger Huntin
 g teams can be made up of 2 or more people. At check in each team will rec
 eive a list of items that they are to find located in the surrounding area
  (15 mile radius)\, the goal is to find and document as many items on the 
 list as possible while staying with your team. After the scavenger hunt\, 
 join us back at the Birdsboro Fire Hall for refreshments (Some are provide
 d and more available for purchase). The winner of the hunt will be announc
 ed after the last car/team/bikes returns and all points are tallied.\n\n&n
