First Sunday Ride
The Cloister Post 429 of the American Legion hosts a motorcycle show on the first Sunday of each month, April through November, from 7 a.m. till noon. See thousands of motorcycles on display from concept, classic and cool. We also sell delicious food during the event with a ballroom breakfast buffet open to everyone, burgers at the Sons of Legion tent and cold drinks, coffee and pastries at the Ladies Auxiliary Booth. Stop by and bring the family!
Ephrata PA promises for bike enthusiasts an activity one Sunday a month from March through November. They call it First Sundays, and it is a chance for fellow motorcyclists to enjoy camaraderie, breakfast, and great company once a month at the Ephrata Park.
The event is held rain or shine so you can always expect a thorough showing to start arriving at 8 and most people stay till noon. The next meeting will be this Sunday, May 6th at the American Legion Post/Ephrata Community Park. Anyone is welcome to come join; bikers of all different levels have been coming for years.
One of the favorite activities enjoyed by the members of First Sundays is to ride the roads around Lancaster County. These fine county roads are absolutely perfect for riding your bike with fellow riders. Why just come early when you can stay late and enjoy the day riding around Lancaster County with fellow bike enthusiasts? You surely won’t want to miss one of Ephrata and Central Pennsylvania’s finest days in May at this months First Sunday Event.
