Linda Joseph needs Support for Charity Race

As some of you may or may not know, I am a runner…I love to run! The TEX MEX 5K Race for Open Space raises money for the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association, this organization preserves open space and maintains and monitors the health of the Wissahickon Creek - our most important natural resource! As a runner, I also enjoy the Green Ribbon Trail that runs 21 miles thru these preserved areas from North Wales, PA to Manayunk, PA. Continue reading

Niagra on the Lake trip – July 30 – August 3 2015

WE HAVE ROOM FOR 2 MORE FOR THIS TRIP, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Linda and I are planning a trip to Niagara on the lake for 2015. It is 5 days total, one day trip up and one day back (380 miles-ish) the dates are July 30 – August 3 2015. Brockamour Manor in Niagara on the Lake, is in Canada so you WILL Need a valid passport. Please make your room reservation now through their link on their web site. Their cancellations fee is $35.00 and you can cancel up to 7 days before arrival, but please read everything. Members Father Passes – Sherman H. Frentzen

Sherman H. Frentzen of Willow Grove died Monday, Jan. 12, 2015. He was 90. He was preceded in death four months ago by his wife, Elizabeth A. 'Betty' (Beck) Frentzen, after 64 years of marriage. He is survived by his children, Paul H. Frentzen (Patricia), Peter S. Frentzen (Anna), Gregory J. Frentzen Sr. (MaryAnne), and Lisa A. Ammaturo (Anthony); his brother, James Frentzen, his sister, Catherine Myers; his 13 grandchildren; his 17 great- grandchildren, and his cat, Lincoln. Continue reading
