IVHOG Chapter Meeting Notes – Jul-2026

The meeting came to order at 9:02 AM.

The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

15 people on today’s Ride

1 new member – Logan

Tom Giles’ bike was sold to FV. Someone bought it and, after leaving the dealership, hit a deer.

John Worthington hit a deer today. He is ok.

FV bike night is 7/23, volunteers needed.

Last month, 200 bikes participated. Very good turnout Inter Clubs picnic was a success, thanks to Patty and Bonny for their hard work on the raffles, and thanks to everyone who came out.

August 15 is the Combat Vets car and bike show.

Messengers bike nights are 8/3, 9/7, 10/5 at 6 PM

Blue Comets bike show is 8/29, 11 am – 5 pm

9/12 Centurions bike and car show 1-5 PM

We have money available to donate to charities, asking for suggestions.

If you sign up for a ride on MeetUp and can’t make it, either cancel on the app a few days before, or on the day of the ride, directly contact the Road Captain.

Download the HOG App, FV is asking everyone to participate in the challenges on the app,

check in when you visit dealerships. Ask other dealerships if they offer a 10% HOG discount. Some will. You accrue points on app to use as cash at dealers.

Classic HD is selling tickets for their Reading Phillies Harley Night.

Roads around here are horrible and getting worse. Many potholes, some you can’t see.

Both on the main and back roads. Be aware of road snakes in hot weather. Several construction areas, both on the main highway and back roads.

Phil, Membership

Milling on NE Extension in central and Upper Bucks, look for signs.

115 members, 109 active. Talk up IVHOG when riding and stop for breaks with other riders.

If you buy a bike from FV, you get free IVHOG membership.

Joe, Merchandise

8/15 is Harley Night at Reading Phillies

Pre-ordered merchandise is in and available for pickup. Most have been distributed.

Secretary notes are posted on the IVHOG website. You don’t need to be logged in to read.

There will be a ride for the guys when the girls are doing the tie-dye event.

The June 13 pistol shoot was a good turnout and a good time.

Bonny, Activities

Tie-dye event is 9/19. Make sure you sign up either on MeetUp or directly to Bonny. They need an accurate head count for supplies.

50/50 is $50 to the winner.

George brought in merchandise/clothes from Rich; feel free to take.
