HOG Chapter Meeting Summary
Safety Reminders
- The chapter’s no-alcohol-on-rides policy was reiterated. Members who drink during a ride stop will not be permitted to ride back with the club.
- Several recent motorcycle accidents and injuries involving riders from local groups were discussed, including one fatality.
- Members were reminded to:
- Stay alert at intersections.
- Watch for drivers running red lights.

Insurance Discussion
- Members were advised to review their motorcycle insurance policies.
- Special emphasis was placed on:
- Medical payments coverage.
- Uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage.
- Stacking coverage options available in Pennsylvania.
